Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will issue an RA number and provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or we made an error in your order.

Refund Process

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the product to confirm the defect. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 working days.

We will refund the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping or handling fees, to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

If the product is not eligible for a refund, we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective product and would like a replacement, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

​

We offer a 6-month warranty on selected products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Warranty Claims

​

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. Please provide your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace the defective part or product. If we determine that a repair is not possible or practical, we will replace the defective part or product with a new one.

Please note that you may be responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to us for evaluation. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, or other natural disasters
